ICD POS v1.1.0 — ten new reports, a new dashboard and team notices
New
Ten new reports, each with Excel export: voided bills and returns, stock check, stock adjustment history, low stock (Pro), best sellers with a choice of ranking (Pro), slow sellers, net sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit per bill (Pro) and the sales tax report (PP.30).
A new dashboard: sales by hour, daily figures per branch, a refunds card, stock tabs and product photos in the best-seller lists.
News and notices from the ICD POS team appear as a banner under the top bar of the app.
Pay for your plan by PromptPay QR, card or e-wallet, and see when the QR expires.
Staff full names: entered at sign-up, editable in settings, shown in the account menu, and sellers appear by full name in sales reports.
Switch branch from the menu on phones and tablets.
Sales history as a table or as cards.
Products without a photo show a picture for their category.
Download a receipt or tax invoice as a PDF from the bill page, and export the daily sales report as a PDF. Receipts show the service charge and tax invoices show the selling branch.
Pick a cartoon face for each staff member and customer, shown in lists, quotations, the dashboard and the customer picker at the till.
Quotations: pick the items on the till screen itself; the bill you were serving is set aside and comes back when you are done.
Products: filter by category and stock status, and switch a product on or off or restock one that ran out from its detail page.

The reports page is regrouped into four groups with a sub-menu, and the old profit report becomes the gross profit report, bill by bill.
A fresh look: a new logo, the product cards and bill total at the till, shop settings, the menu, the loading screen, sign-in and the first-time shop setup, plus list pages you can view as a table or as cards.
On phones, details and larger forms open as full pages, and on iPad the text and side menu are sized to fit the screen.
Every report shares the same filters, summary tiles, table/card switch and search box.
Staff can open reports, export, sell and see sales history only as far as the owner has allowed.
The Excel export buttons show only on plans that include export.
Error messages are clearer: they say what went wrong and what to do next instead of showing technical text.
Stock at the till updates without a refresh, and two tills selling the same item at once can no longer oversell it.
Stock documents (adjustments, transfers, goods received, counts and purchase orders) are visible to owners and admins only.
A barcode or SKU that matches another product's barcode is refused (also when importing from a file), and customer phone numbers and tax IDs are checked.
A simpler product form: the product note option is gone.
Safer sign-in sessions and security updates to the app.
Fixed
Stock adjustments that reduce stock could not be saved.
Quotations: the customer address showed wrongly and would not save, the item unit, and the buyer tax ID is optional (13 digits when given).
Offline selling: bills are sent from one tab only, are no longer held up by an error reply, and the app opens quickly without internet.
Baskets and payments are no longer lost or charged twice, and issuing a tax invoice no longer fails at times.
Standard plan: bill status, credit and deposit sales, and access to pages.
The update banner came back after Refresh, and swiping the cart on an iPad in landscape.
Totals on sales history now match the dashboard and reports (unpaid bills counted, fully returned bills left out), and recent activity on the dashboard shows the real bill status.
Sign-in keeps what you typed when it is refused, collecting a balance no longer opens with the red "still owes" banner, and first-time setup asks for the 13-digit tax ID when VAT is on.
One failure now shows one alert (no red and green alerts at once), and the iPad side menu no longer pops out twice.

Selling at the counter: barcode scanning, products by category, discounts, customers on the bill, up to three held bills to recall later, and keyboard shortcuts.
Payment by cash (rounded to 25 satang), PromptPay QR confirmed by the bank automatically, and bank transfer, split across several methods on one bill, with service charge and VAT.
Receipts and tax invoices: receipts or abbreviated tax invoices on your receipt printer (choose the paper size) and full A4 tax invoices, with your shop logo and a PromptPay QR at the foot of the receipt.
Keep selling when the internet drops: bills are sent in when you are back online, without duplicates.
Sales history: look up past bills, reprint them, void a bill or return individual items.
Quotations and customers: create a quotation, print it as a PDF and turn it into a sale in one click, with a customer list for tax invoices.
Products: categories with icons, units of measure, product photos, English names, stock tracking per product, and import from an Excel or CSV file.
Stock and purchasing: purchase orders, goods received, transfers between branches, stock counts, stock adjustments and a stock check.
Overview and reports: a sales dashboard, daily sales and sales by product, plus best sellers and profit (Pro), each with Excel export.
Shop and staff: shop settings and multiple branches, staff with roles and permissions, and your plan and usage in the app. Paid plans are free until 30 November 2026 for the launch.
